IDK wat to do

Things seriously are getting worse and i dont know wat to do,
i cant believe im still going through this,

they piss me off
i just dont know what to do ...
as much as i wanna let go i cant
is killing me and i dont know what to do, i cant ask for advice from any of my friends or family because they dont know anything at all about what im going through...
